Switzerland. I find many markings as I collect these "timey things" Some not so lustrous sounding, either. Such as Swiss parts, Swiss assembled, Swiss cheese. yada yada....
Your preference for dial or mechanizm stampings or printing? Im fond of a simple Switzerland on my dials, certainly as it has been for decades.
I know the current stats for Swiss watches allow a lot of leniency in sourcing parts & cases. But a Swiss watch should be just that. Swiss. On- reason I far prefer vintage, in-house stuff.
As opposed to those outhouse things. :roll:
