Thanks, I thought I was missing something.

Good timing, I just finished emailing them after they missed something. They left out the Automatic and the "Seamaster" looks like a double impression and doesn't match the weight of the other text. Other than that it looks great. I specified the original hook "S" and I'm wondering whether I wouldn't have been better off with a rounder one. I was expecting a heavier text anyway but matching would be nice. It's one of my daily wear watches and the price I paid leaves me a lot of head room before I start to worry about return. Not that I'm planning on selling it but I keep that in mind.

edit: Elizabeth just got back to me and reassured me the difference is due to the photo. They're going to add the printing and then email me. I should also add this was in no way Internationals fault. 97% of the "Automatic" was worn off before I polished the indices and I didn't include all the text that was to be printed. Completely understandable that they missed it.

The finished shot:

New pic of the completed dial. Looks great and I've got two more ready to ship as soon as the envelopes get here. One is a Gruen so I'll add it to the Repair Restoration/International Dial Update thread started by Hunchybird. (the pic looks a little dodgy but that's jpg compression, not the printing)

Ok, it's done and here's the last pic of the non gruen. The Gold bezel 420 is going in next so I'll post more shots of it before and after.
